Our very own Lucie Ilbury, in-house Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Head of Client Enablement, recently had the opportunity to sit down with experts at Future Talent Learning on their podcast, to chat about the ins and outs of personality, as well as psychometric assessments.
During the episode Lucie spoke with Nathalie Nahai and Ross Garner about the “H” factor of personality and the impact it can have on an individual's career. They discussed the original Big Five model of personality (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism) and why the addition of a 6th factor in the HEXACO model is so important (Honesty-Humility, Emotionality, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience). They also explored why some people can be manipulative, self-entitled, materialistic, or exploitative, and what is meant by ‘good psychopaths’.
